An ICSSR Sponsored International Conference on “Changing Dynamics of Higher Education in South Asia and the 21st Century Transformative Goals: Contexts, Concerns and Prospects” was held in Kamargaon College, Golaghat in collaboration with Birangana Sati Sadhani Rajyik Vishwavidyalaya, Golaghat, Assam and Kaziranga University, Jorhat, Assam on 21st and 22nd December, 2023. The conference was inaugurated by Prof. Jyoti Prasad Saikia, Vice-Chancellor, Birangana Sati Sadhani Rajyik Vishwavidyalaya, Golaghat, Assam, India and the Key Note address was delivered by Prof. Debabrata Das, Vice-Chancellor, Assam Rajiv Gandhi University of Co-operative Management, Sivasagar, Assam, India. In conference was organised in hybrid mode incorporating both the physical and online presentation modes, in which more than 100 papers were presented by participants from India, Bangladesh and Nepal.
